Crew Connect Global Awards 2026 has officially announced its finalists, recognising outstanding achievements that are shaping the future of the crewing industry.

The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, as part of the Crew Connect Global Conference, held from 20–22 October 2026 at the Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, Philippines.

The Crew Connect Global Awards are a hallmark of recognition for individuals, organisations, and innovations driving progress in the maritime sector. This year’s awards will spotlight achievements across a range of categories, with finalists representing the very best in the industry.

Innovation and Technology Award

Environmental & Green Transition Award

Celebrating achievements in environmental protection, energy transition, and decarbonisation within the maritime industry.

Seafarer of the Year Award

Honouring active seafarers who have made outstanding contributions to crew welfare, safety, or operations.

Two other awards are announced on the night and include:

Awarded to individuals or organisations promoting the maritime industry as a career choice and inspiring the next generation.

Lifetime Achievement Award (Chosen by Seatrade Editorial Board)

Recognising individuals for their exceptional contributions and lifelong dedication to the maritime industry.

Crew Connect Global is the premier event for the global crewing community, bringing together maritime professionals, thought leaders, and innovators to address the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of seafaring.

The winners will be announced during the Crew Connect Global Awards ceremony, taking place during the Seatrade Maritime Crew Connect Global event in Manila.
